This week we are celebrating the FLAVOURS OF SENEGAL!

Our menu features YASSA, a richly flavored Senegalese stew. Slowly caramelized onions, mushrooms, eggplant, chile, garlic and ginger simmered in stock and finished with a splash of lime juice. Served with fluffy basmati rice.
